How it works for you

1. You register on the platform as a partner.
2. In your personal account, you receive your unique referral link.
3. You recommend a specific property to someone interested in buying. Within this recommendation, you share your unique personal link, through which the client independently contacts the platform's licensed specialists. You do not accept money, conduct negotiations, or participate in the transaction. Your role is to recommend the property and direct the client via your personal link. All further consultations, negotiations, documents, and transaction support are handled by professionals.
4. The person clicks your link and submits their contact details via a form on the website.
5. The system automatically assigns this client to you — with no extra manual steps.

You don't need to personally take the client's phone number, write it down, forward it to managers and worry whether they will remember that this is your client.

What the platform does

After the client submits the form via your link: licensed real estate professionals contact them; we offer specific properties with the best conditions secured through bulk wholesale purchases from developers; all negotiations, documentation and transaction support are handled by professionals.

You focus on recommendations. We focus on closing deals.

How you earn

• For every client who completes a property purchase through your link, you earn 3% of the property price.
• If you invite another partner, they also receive their own link, and you additionally earn 1% from their closed deals (first level).
